Prescription Refills

For non-narcotic prescription refills, please contact your pharmacy. Your pharmacy will contact us via fax or electronically for your refill request. Prescription refill requests may also be made via FollowMyHealth. You may request refills after office hours via FollowMyHealth however they may not be refilled until the next business day. Please allow 24 hours for all refill requests.

For narcotic (pain medication) prescription refills, please contact our office. Pain medication refills are no longer allowed by law to be phoned in or faxed. The patient or patient’s representative must pick up a written prescription from our office during regular office hours. Please note the patient’s representative must be listed on the patients’ HIPPA form in order for CCS to release the written prescription. Prescriptions will not be filled after office hours, on weekends, or on holidays.
