Dr. Byerly is board certified in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Byerly focuses on providing surgical cancer treatment and management, including breast cancer, melanoma, and gastrointestinal malignancies. She is a member of the Breast Care Alliance, the multidisciplinary breast cancer clinic at Cone Health. She is also the Director of Gastrointestinal Malignancy at Cone Health Cancer Center.
